Director Asset Servicing- Product Manager | Foreign Investors
About the area:
The Foreign Investors area is responsible for the management and evolution of services offered to Non-Resident Investors (INR), covering legal and tax representation, custody, regulatory compliance, and operational solutions for access to the Brazilian market. It acts in partnership with the Operations, Products, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Commercial areas to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous development of the platform.
Position Objective:
Lead the strategy of the Foreign Investors area, being responsible for the evolution of products and services, definition of strategic priorities, regulatory monitoring, and development of new solutions that support the growth and efficiency of the platform.
In your day-to-day:
Define and execute the strategy of the Foreign Investors area.
Lead the development and evolution of products and services destined for Non-Resident Investors.
Manage the roadmap of initiatives, prioritizing opportunities for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and business areas.
Evaluate regulatory, tax, and operational impacts on products and processes.
Sponsor automation, digitalization, and operational transformation initiatives.
Define performance indicators, monitor results, and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure the platform's adherence to regulatory requirements applicable to the non-resident investor segment.
Lead, develop, and engage high-performance multidisciplinary teams.
What we expect from you:
Higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering.
Relevant experience in the financial market, asset servicing, custody, products, or services for institutional investors.
Proven experience in Product Management, roadmap management, and solution development.
Experience in team leadership and strategic project management.
Analytical capacity, strategic vision, and strong orientation towards results.
Excellent communication and ability to influence at different levels of the organization.
Fluent English (mandatory).
Spanish will be considered a differentiator.
