Social Content Intern

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and execute seeding content across social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Threads, community groups, forums, and other relevant channels;
• Publish content, manage engagement, and monitor content performance across campaigns;
• Track, consolidate, and report on seeding performance periodically;
• Research and build a list of suitable KOCs based on products/services and campaign objectives;
• Proactively contact KOCs, share briefs, negotiate, and coordinate KOC bookings within approved budgets;
• Monitor collaboration progress to ensure KOCs deliver content according to the agreed brief and timeline;
• Review and evaluate KOC performance based on key metrics such as views, engagement, traffic, and bookings;
• Stay updated on social trends, content formats, and user insights to propose relevant seeding and KOC ideas for each campaign;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields;
• Strong interest in Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and community activities;
• Trend-sensitive and actively follows content trends on TikTok, Threads, and Facebook;
• Strong research, information gathering, and analytical skills;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn;
• Have a personal laptop.
