BT-Systems is a specialist and general contractor for plant engineering in the field of warehouse technology and intralogistics, as well as automation technology, image processing, control cabinet construction, electrical industry assembly, and service. For our intralogistics division ECE-LOG, we are looking for committed personalities to strengthen our highly qualified staff in the following position! 1 Technical Sales Customer Service / After Sales Area Your area of responsibility:

• Handling and processing customer inquiries

• Creation and follow-up of offers

• Independent order processing and deadline monitoring

• Internal as well as external coordination of delivery dates in close coordination with technology,

purchasing, and inventory management

• Development of maintenance and repair concepts as well as spare parts packages

• Support in the scheduling of service technicians

• Master data maintenance in the ERP-System

Your profile:

• Technical training in the field of mechanical engineering or plant technology (e.g., HTL, FH)

• At least 2 years of professional experience

• National as well as international knowledge in a manufacturing environment

• Ideally very good handling of common ERP-Systems, MS-Office, and AutoCAD

• Good English skills
