Your tasks

Tour & Travel Operations Management

• Oversee daily tour operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, dispatch, and coordination of vehicles, drivers, guides, and other operational requirements.
• Ensure tours and activities are executed efficiently, safely, and according to company and client standards.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience in tour operations, travel, hospitality, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Knowledgeable in tour operations, Cebu destinations, transportation, and travel logistics.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Computer literate and proficient in common office and digital tools.

Other

Willing to travel throughout Cebu and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
