Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) -- Full or Part-time

This is what your everyday life looks like:

• Monthly payroll processing for a fixed group of employees, handled by you from A to Z
• Maintenance and administration of personnel master data as well as all information relevant to payroll
• Reliable point of contact for colleagues, managers, and external partners such as authorities, health insurance companies, and insurance providers
• Creation of evaluations, reports, and statistics for HR and management
• Support of year-end closing activities, from wage tax certificates to social security and annual reports
• Participation in projects for the digitalization and further development of payroll processes
• Close coordination with HR Administration, Finance, and external service providers

What you bring to the table:

• A completed commercial vocational training, preferably with additional qualification in human resources or payroll processing; as a Personalfachkaufmann (m/f/d), Steuerfachangestellter (m/f/d), or Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/f/d) with a payroll background, you are exactly right for us
• Several years of practical experience in payroll processing, ideally from an industrial company or with experience in shift systems; we also look forward to your application as a Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) or experienced payroll specialist (m/f/d)
• Solid knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law
• Routine in handling payroll systems such as SAP HCM, DATEV, LOGA, UKG, or similar tools
• Good English skills for collaboration in an international environment
• A structured, discreet, and reliable way of working; accuracy is a matter of course for you
• Team spirit and genuine joy in being a contact person for others
