Plastics Project Manager (M/F)

BS Consultants is a consulting firm specializing in HR management as well as in supporting companies and their employees through phases of change.

We are looking for one of our clients, specializing in the design and injection of technical plastic parts and based near the Plastics Vallée, a Plastics Project Manager (M/F), on a permanent contract (CDI).

Your main missions:

• Global project management: Take charge of projects from the preliminary design stage to production, define schedules/budgets, and guarantee cost, quality, and deadline objectives.
• Technical & internal coordination: Act as the convergence point for departments (BE, quality, production, purchasing), monitor tooling development, and manage technical files (AMDEC, deliverables).
• Client relations & development: Ensure the primary interface with clients, lead progress reviews, and participate in responses to calls for tender.

You have a higher technical education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in plastics or mechanics, and possess confirmed experience in industrial project management within the plastics industry.

Proficiency in professional English is indispensable for communicating with clients. You are capable of managing several projects in parallel within a human-sized SME.
