Purchasing Buyer (M/F)

Our SEARCH division is currently seeking a Purchasing Buyer (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) for one of its clients, located in the Plastics Vallée, as part of its development.

Under the responsibility of the Management, your main missions consist of:

• Defining needs and proceeding with the computer registration of purchase requests with referenced suppliers;
• Ensuring the physical, quantitative, and qualitative verification of goods receipts;
• Taking charge of the administrative management of import operations and international flows;
• Ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of stocks for all catalog references, while ensuring compliance with safety stocks within the company's GPAO;
• Guaranteeing the availability of components necessary for the launch of manufacturing orders;
• Verifying and updating bill of materials data in connection with the various departments concerned;
• Providing daily support to project and logistics teams in monitoring the product life cycle;
• Participating in the monitoring of supplier performance and the optimization of procurement.

With a higher education background in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade, you have a successful first experience in an industrial environment.

Proficiency in professional English is indispensable in order to communicate with international suppliers and partners.

Rigorous, organized, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and know how to operate in a dynamic environment requiring reactivity and versatility.

Occasional travel to suppliers or partners may be considered.
