Junior Lawyer - Civil Litigation and Arbitration

Our purpose is to enable the success of our clients! We are looking for a junior lawyer for our Civil Litigation and Arbitration team. The position is linked to the Brasília office, but covers applications from the Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo units, depending on the candidate's location.

Responsibilities and duties Acting in civil and administrative litigation processes, including drafting all types of procedural documents, reviewing documents, validating and developing procedural strategies, conducting hearings, meeting with judges in chambers, oral arguments, meetings, and client communication; Management of deadlines and pending tasks of subordinate interns; Assistance in research and drafting of legal opinions, memorandums, and articles; Assistance in due diligences.

Requirements and qualifications Degree in Law with active OAB; Experience in Civil Litigation and Arbitration; Affinity with other Public Law topics, such as Criminal Law, Electoral Law, and Port Law, will be a differentiator; Focus on solutions and results for the client; Dynamism, organization, and ability to work in a team; Competence to handle deadlines, maintaining precision and quality of work; Advanced English.
