Lawyer - Tax Consulting

We are looking for a Lawyer to join our Tax team at the Rio de Janeiro office. We are a multidisciplinary firm, attentive to the new challenges of an increasingly dynamic world. Responsibilities and duties

• Act with tax consulting and perform technical analyses, offering clear legal solutions and strategic guidance;
• Assist and provide support in tax planning strategies for the optimization of tax burden and maximization of benefits for our clients;
• Prepare memorandums and legal opinions on direct and indirect taxes;
• Support tax review projects, identifying and evaluating fiscal risks associated with business transactions and operations;
• Contribute to the maximization of results, proposing alternatives for better utilization of tax offsets and tax incentives;
• Client relationship and identification of business opportunities.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Law, with active registration in OAB-RJ;
• Fluent English (mandatory);
• 6 to 8 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in direct taxes;
• Specialization in Tax Law and/or experience with M&A operations and corporate reorganizations will be considered a differentiator.
