Implementation Consultant for digitalization projects in the real estate sector

Are you an experienced Implementation Consultant with 4–6 years of experience in guiding digitalization projects within the real estate sector, preferably with housing corporations? And do you get energy from working with clients, partners, and colleagues to truly make changes land?

At Bryder, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant who guides housing corporations and partners in the smart deployment of Gebouw Informatie Management using our platform and Digital Twin technology.

About your role As an Implementation Consultant, you guide digitalization projects, not because the software is complex, but because processes, data, people, and interests converge. You ensure that clients understand the platform well, use it effectively, and structurally anchor it within their organization. You are the connecting link between the client, partners, and the internal team. You work independently on multiple projects simultaneously, but always in close cooperation with the Customer Success team.

What will you do? You guide housing corporations and partners in implementations of Gebouw Informatie Management

You advise on the optimization of digitalization processes within real estate organizations

You ensure structure, progress, and alignment within implementation trajectories

You train users and partners so they can work with the platform independently

You identify opportunities for improvement in processes and collaboration

You represent practical insights towards the product team

What makes you successful at Bryder? You have 4–8 years of relevant experience as an Implementation Consultant, Project Manager, or similar role

You have experience with software implementations or digitalization projects

You know the world of housing corporations and understand their processes and dynamics

You know how to bring people along in change and new ways of working

You maintain an overview, set priorities, and switch easily between stakeholders

You take ownership and feel responsible for the end result

What you bring: At least a hbo-diploma

Experience with client projects in a B2B environment

Affinity with digitalization and real estate processes

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

Driving license B
