Project Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• You will take over the planning, implementation, and successful completion of technical projects and ensure their timely execution in compliance with budget specifications.
• You will create and maintain project documentation and ensure structured project tracking.
• You will participate in risk analyses, such as HAZOPs, and consider occupational health, environmental, and safety requirements in your projects.
• You will supervise engineering offices, external companies, and other external project partners and coordinate their deployment.
• You will take over the design and selection of piping systems, pumps, sensors, actuators, and other process engineering components.
• You will create isometrics, P&IDs, and construction drawings as a basis for project implementation.
• You will support permit procedures, official applications, as well as compliance with secondary provisions and requirements.
• You will obtain quotes, accompany procurement processes, and support technical procurement within the project environment.

What You Bring

• You have a successfully completed degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
• You bring experience in the planning and implementation of technical projects.
• You have knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and in a solution-oriented way.
• You are characterized by organizational skills, initiative, and strong communication skills.
