Your Tasks

• You will independently be responsible for overhead controlling as well as the business management of various business units.
• You will analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and derive sound recommendations for action.
• You will continuously accompany and optimize budget, forecast, and planning processes.
• You will prepare and analyze large amounts of data and develop meaningful reports as well as key performance indicator systems.
• You will continuously develop controlling instruments, evaluations, and dashboards.
• You will create profitability analyses, ad-hoc evaluations, and management reports as a basis for strategic decisions.
• You will actively participate in digitalization projects in the finance and controlling environment.
• As a sparring partner, you will support specialist departments and managers in business management questions.

Your Qualifications

• A completed degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaften, or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile.
• You have several years of professional experience in the controlling of a manufacturing company, ideally with a focus on overhead controlling.
• Experience in the analysis and processing of large amounts of data, for example with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or Access, distinguishes you.
• Knowledge of SAP CO/FI, ideally SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage.
• Very good analytical skills, a structured way of working, and good English skills round off your profile.
