Your Tasks

• Technical project procurement for large-scale international projects in plant engineering
• Negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements as well as contract management
• Procurement of structural steel, mechanical, drive, and electrical engineering components
• Execution of tenders (RFQ/RFP), bid evaluations, and supplier negotiations
• Management of international suppliers as well as ensuring schedule, quality, and cost targets
• Process optimization and continuous improvement of procurement processes
• Market knowledge in the Indian and Asian procurement environment as well as fluent English skills

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical or commercial qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical procurement, preferably in a project, plant, or EPC environment
• Sound knowledge in conducting tenders as well as in price and contract negotiations
• Confident handling of technical drawings, specifications, and common ERP systems
• Business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and high communication strength
• Willingness for international business travel and for collaboration in global project teams
