• Support for the field service in day-to-day business as well as independent creation of offers for our machines
• Internal coordination and processing of machine orders in close cooperation with production, accounting, purchasing, and shipping
• Holistic order processing including clarification of technical inquiries, creation of order confirmations, and invoicing
• Creation of visit reports as well as maintenance and further development of customer and representative contacts

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with corresponding further training
• Professional experience in sales back office, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Organizational talent as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Proficient use of MS Office and experience with common ERP systems
• Good English and French skills, both written and spoken
