- Analysis of cost structures and provision of relevant information
- Support in the creation of competitive offers and project budgets
- Review of commercial contract terms and preparation of complete tender documents
- Development of optimized commercial and financial solutions
- Design and adaptation of commercial contract clauses
- Participation in international negotiations with global Key Accounts
- Analysis and benchmarking of contract standards for international projects
- Responsibility for contract review and risk management
- Commercial support throughout the entire project lifecycle (cash flow, payments, guarantees, insurance)
- Support in the clarification and resolution of contract disputes
- Maintenance and management of commercial documents for internal audits
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in International Trade, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in international bid management as well as in contract negotiations
- Sound knowledge of international trade, financing, tax law, and insurance issues
- Industry knowledge in wind energy or similar industries is desirable
- Very good written and spoken English skills at a negotiation level
