• Independent creation and maintenance of English-language instructions (e.g., Instructions for Use, Method Sheets, Short Method Sheets, as well as technical Notes)
• Collection, coordination, and structured preparation of relevant information from various specialist departments, taking into account regulatory requirements, technical specifications, and internal guidelines
• Organization and control of review and approval processes, including coordination with all involved stakeholders until the final master documentation
• Support and updating of the product portfolio in the course of changes, as well as implementation of complex adjustments according to Change-Management processes
• Ensuring norm- and IVD-compliant documentation in accordance with internal quality and compliance specifications
• Support in the scheduling and monitoring of documentation projects in cooperation with Product Management, Launch Management, and other interfaces

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of Technical Writing, Life Sciences, Biomedicine, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in creating technical documentation, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g., MedTech, IVD, Pharma, or laboratory products)
• Very good written and spoken English skills as well as a confident understanding of technical language
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., IVD, MDR, ISO) is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office as well as ideally experience with document management or editorial systems
