• Conception, development, and continuous optimization of training and learning materials for different target groups.
• Translation of technical information into understandable and practical learning content in cooperation with internal specialist departments.
• Design of didactically meaningful training concepts for digital as well as classic training formats.
• Ensuring consistent quality and a uniform structure of all learning and information documents.
• Support in the adaptation and localization of training documentation for international markets.

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical or media-related training or a corresponding degree
• Experience in creating structured documentation, learning media, or technical information materials
• Proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills as well as the ability to prepare complex technical content in a target-group-oriented manner; good English skills in speaking and writing
