Your tasks
Execution of incoming goods inspection according to specifications and ensuring quality right at the receipt of parts
Support during new product introductions regarding part testing and documentation
Collaboration in sampling and inspections to fulfill the requirements of the aviation industry
Documentation of quality problems according to process, creation of 4D or 8D reports
Support in the creation of QS documents for the delivery of products
Collaboration in measures for the continuous improvement of product quality
Requirements
Completed vocational training, e.g., as Zerspanungsmechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker, or comparable
Knowledge of general quality processes and their documentation
Experience in handling measuring instruments and assembly processes Ideally knowledge in GD&T (Geometrische Dimensionierung & Tolerierung)
