• Independent creation and structured preparation of documents for internal coordination and management decisions
• Support for ongoing projects, including research and content-related support
• Organization, coordination, and monitoring of appointments and deadlines
• Planning of business trips, including accounting and organizational processing
• Preparation, organization, and management of meetings, workshops, and events
• Support in internal coordination as well as external communication
• Participation in the creation of presentation and marketing materials

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or studies, as well as ideally initial experience in an assistant environment
• Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Basic technical understanding and good English skills
• Organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
