• Independent development, optimization, and validation of bioanalytical methods, especially ligand binding and cell-based assays.
• Execution and evaluation of analyses of clinical and preclinical samples in various biological matrices.
• Ensuring compliance with GLP/GCP guidelines as well as creation and maintenance of the associated documentation.
• Organization and optimization of laboratory processes including equipment and capacity planning.
• Troubleshooting in assay development as well as presentation of solution approaches in interdisciplinary meetings.

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in natural sciences, e.g., in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a comparable field.
• Experience in the development and establishment of bioanalytical methods such as ELISA, ECL, or cell-based assays.
• Sound knowledge in protein biochemistry as well as ideally experience with laboratory automation and bioanalytical IT systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN).
• Independent, analytical way of working as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
