• Performance of reagent qualification, validation, and sample analysis using cell-based bioassays and binding assays (e.g., ELISA) for clinical test samples and stability studies.
• Independent GMP-compliant planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation of analyses, including the creation of reports and work instructions.
• Assumption of laboratory organizational tasks, particularly equipment qualification and maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Collaboration and communication with internal teams as well as international locations, participation in meetings, and presentation of results.
• Support with equipment qualifications and coordination of external service providers in a regulated environment.

Your Qualifications

• Completed training in the biological-technical field or a scientific degree (Bachelor/Master) with relevant professional experience
• Sound knowledge of cell culture, cell-based assays, and immunological methods (e.g., ELISA) as well as experience in a GMP environment
• Very good organizational skills, independent and result-oriented way of working, as well as strong teamwork skills
• Very good English skills; knowledge of statistics software, automation, or electronic laboratory documentation is an advantage
