• Support for clients with various operating systems, client-server applications, and in-house software developments
• Support in the use of IT and measurement technology systems, taking into account the standards applicable to accredited testing laboratories
• Maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure, server systems, client systems, measurement technology hardware, and gateways
• Analysis and resolution of software and hardware problems
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of Informatik / Softwareentwicklung
• Initial professional experience in the described area of responsibility is desirable
• Ideally industry knowledge or professional experience in the field of measurement technology
• Structured, reliable, and result-oriented way of working
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
