Commercial Order Processing:

• The main tasks of the country representative lie in the independent creation, processing, specification, procurement, administration, and management of customer offers and orders in the project and order phase for the Integrated Product Support (IPS) department, in coordination with the respective interface partners in the standard process. In this way, the technical export clerk covers the entire functional scope of a commercial clerk.

Other Tasks:

• Preparation of offers for spare parts follow-up supply (identification of spare parts, UAN inquiries, calculation)
• Order processing for spare parts follow-up supply (order receipt to invoicing)
• Support for the monthly report on order backlog
• Collecting and organizing all cost-relevant documents (e.g., offers, order copies, etc.)
• Preparing all relevant data and documents
• LC coordination with customers and banks; handling foreign language customer correspondence (Eng./Span.)
• Processing of claims
• Market scanning/support in the creation of market analyses
