• Tasks (Focus on IT Procurement)
• conducts demand analyses together with the demand holders
• conducts procurement market analyses (taking Global Sourcing into account)
• conducts tenders and offer comparisons under "Total Cost of Ownership" aspects and identifies risks and opportunities and ensures implementation
• conducts negotiations in coordination with interface partners and selects suppliers
• is responsible for contract design taking sales contracts into account
• is responsible for supplier management (LM) (supplier evaluation and supplier development) in the cross-functional team
• claim management in coordination with the project team and procurement
• provides all necessary figures and data for procurement controlling
