• Ensuring that all project-related events and developments are taken into account and contractually reflected in the underlying customer contracts.
• Creating and reviewing contractual correspondence (especially claim and response letters).
• Legal analysis of the overall context and highlighting possible impacts on the contract, project progress, and risks.
• Close cooperation with scheduling to correctly classify events legally and chronologically.
• Advising and providing background support for project management and the Senior Legal Counsel, without an exposed external presence.

Your Qualifications

• Completed legal studies (ideally with a focus on contract or construction/project law).
• Very good written and spoken English skills, especially in a legal context.
• Ability to analyze complex facts precisely and present them in writing.
• Experience in a project environment is an advantage.
• Part-time is sufficient, with flexible availability depending on project requirements.
