• Technical and methodological support in the preparation of offers and order processing for service components in the area of manufacturing supply readiness / Integrated Logistics Support
• Partial independent execution of work packages within the framework of HVR and ILS projects
• Participation in the analysis of requirements, contracts, and scopes of services with regard to HVR/ILS-relevant content
• Clarification, precision, and structuring of complex tasks in coordination with internal specialist departments
• Creation and coordination of quantity frameworks, technical specifications, Statements of Work, and schedules
• Technical coordination of requirements, work packages, and project content with the participating specialist departments
• Derivation of own requirements as well as cross-sectional requirements from project, contract, and system specifications
• Support in the construction, merging, administration, and maintenance of requirement models in a requirements database
• Implementation of quality assurance measures and participation in the optimization of project requirements
• Monitoring of services, deadlines, and costs within the framework of offer preparation and contract processing
• Creation of status reports, analyses of sub-project progress, and decision templates
• Derivation of recommendations for action for the ILS/ISS sub-project management
• Creation, processing, coordination, and maintenance of relevant project control documents, for example, WBS structures, work packages, and schedule overviews
• Steering and tracking of tasks in specialist departments and specialist groups
• Creation of meaningful presentations for project committees, internal coordination, and management reviews

Your Qualifications

• Support and partial independent execution of offers and orders in the area of HVR/ILS
• Analysis of requirements, contracts, and scopes of services as well as derivation of relevant project requirements
• Creation and coordination of quantity frameworks, specifications, Statements of Work, schedules, and work packages
• Maintenance of requirement models and support of quality assurance
• Monitoring of performance, deadlines, and costs as well as creation of reports, analyses, and presentations
• Coordination with specialist departments, steering of tasks, and derivation of recommendations for action
• Completed technical studies as well as knowledge in Systems Engineering, ideally with certification
• Project management qualification, at least IPMA Level D or comparable
• Several years of experience in HVR/ILS/ISS and technically complex projects, ideally in the environment of the German Armed Forces
• Experience in requirements analysis, requirements development, and requirements management
• Knowledge of ASD standards, statistical methods, and requirements databases desirable
• Good English skills, very good process understanding, and confident handling of project documentation
• Structured, independent way of working, quick comprehension, teamwork, and strong communication skills
