• Interface role in the areas of process optimization, cost analysis, and technical improvement
• Identification of optimization projects with short, medium, or long-term implementation potential
• Analysis of existing solutions, structures, and processes with a critical but diplomatic eye
• Planning and conducting internal and external workshops with various departments and interface partners
• Moderation of coordination, evaluations, and decision-making processes regarding optimization approaches
• Evaluation of measures considering costs, benefits, and Total Cost
• Execution of various cost analyses and preparation of results for projects, decisions, or negotiations
• Close cooperation with technical, commercial, and project-related interfaces
• Suitable for candidates with technical understanding, economic thinking, analytical skills, and moderation experience
• Not a pure design or development role, but a coordinating optimization and analysis function between technology, economic efficiency, and project implementation

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, or a comparable qualification
• Good understanding of technical and economic correlations
• Experience or strong interest in process optimization, cost analyses, project evaluation, or technical improvement projects
• Ability to critically, diplomatically, and solution-orientedly question existing solutions and structures
• Experience in the preparation, execution, or moderation of workshops and coordination meetings is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and result-oriented way of working
• Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, moderation skills, as well as enjoyment of coordination and cooperation with various interfaces
