• Developing solution proposals for technical plants and systems
• Constructive implementation of these solution proposals into designs and technical documentation
• Project planning of plants and systems
• Creation of technical documentation such as drawings, bills of materials, functional sequences, etc.
• Performing design calculations
• Defining specifications for construction, manufacturing, and suppliers
• Creation of testing specifications as well as supportive participation in tests and acceptances
• Checking and approving drawings and bills of materials
• Evaluating in-house manufacturing versus purchased parts and developing corresponding proposals
• Creation of quantity frameworks, e.g., determining the constructive hourly effort
• Definition and structuring of work packages and construction documents
• Creation of technical specifications
• Compliance with and monitoring of calculative and planning constraints
• Data entry and maintenance in complex IT systems, especially CAD and SAP systems

Your Qualifications

• Deep and comprehensive specialist knowledge in the respective technical area of responsibility
• Strong understanding of systems and their interdependencies
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
• High competence in dealing with interfaces and knowledge of various adjacent disciplines
• Sound knowledge of technical and organizational processes
• Structured, process-oriented way of working
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident and professional communication behavior
• Routine in the use of typical IT, CAD, CAM, and CAE applications
• High level of initiative and willingness to take on responsibility
• Experience in leading and instructing employees
