• Software developer role focusing on User-Interface applications, interfaces, and system-oriented software
• Development of software solutions for real technical systems
• Work on software architectures, implementation concepts, and technical specifications
• Programming, documentation, commissioning, and maintenance of software
• Development of interfaces to automation and database systems
• Quality assurance through code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, and test software
• Collaboration in the further development of the toolchain and improvement of working methods
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams, including mechanical engineering, process engineering, and central IT
• Suitable for software developers with a strong C++/C/Python background, UI experience, and understanding of technical systems
• Not a pure frontend role, but technically oriented software development with system integration and commissioning on real systems

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in technical computer science, computer science, or comparable training
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer in relevant development projects
• Very good knowledge of C++, C, and Python
• Project experience with Qt/QML, Boost, ImGui, as well as middleware such as DDS
• Experience with Git or comparable version management tools
• Knowledge of general network technology and interface development
• Experience in software architecture, specification, programming, documentation, commissioning, and maintenance
• Practice in code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, and quality assurance
• Interest in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, security-oriented software development, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of database systems, especially time-series or big data systems, is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Teamwork skills, personal responsibility, and a reliable way of working in dynamic project environments
