- Administrative and document-related interface position in a technical environment
- Focus on the receipt, inspection, tracking, and maintenance of documents and certificates
- Working with internal and external documents, inspection documents, and quality-relevant proofs
- Recording and managing documents in the SAP ERP system
- Maintenance of lists, overviews, documentation, and data sets
- Checking documents for completeness, plausibility, and formal correctness
- Tracking down missing or incorrect documents with suppliers
- Support in the receipt and inspection process for external and internal services
- Technical and organizational clarification across multiple departments
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, quality assurance, purchasing, suppliers, and other interfaces
- Suitable for candidates with a structured way of working, documentation experience, and confident handling of administrative processes
- Not a classic development or engineering job, but rather a coordinating, inspecting, and managing role with a technical focus
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical, commercial-technical, or industrial environment
- Further training as a technician desirable, but not mandatory
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience in documentation, quality assurance, production planning, technical administration, or supplier coordination
- Basic knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP or inventory management system
- Experience in handling technical documents, inspection proofs, certificates, or quality-relevant documents is an advantage
- Understanding of documented processes, inspection procedures, and administrative approval processes
- Structured, careful, and process-oriented way of working
- Quality awareness and accuracy in the inspection and maintenance of data
- Communication skills in exchange with internal specialist departments and external suppliers
- Ability to consistently track down missing or incorrect documents
- Satisfactory English skills for simple written or oral communication with suppliers or for checking English-language documents
- Confident handling of lists, documentation, and administrative tracking, for example in Excel, SAP, or comparable systems
