• Technical and methodological support as well as partially independent execution of quotation preparation/order processing for the LE components to achieve supply readiness (HVR) / Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
• Participation in the execution, coordination, and support of requirement analysis/contract analysis regarding the LE components of HVR/ILS
• Clarification and specification of tasks
• Creation and coordination of quantity frameworks, technical specifications, Statements of Work, and schedules for HVR, including technical coordination with specialist departments
• Execution of quality assurance and support in optimizing project requirements
• Creation of status reports and further analyses of sub-project progress
• Execution and coordination of requirement analysis for HVR/ILS, including deriving own and cross-sectional requirements after coordination with specialist departments
• Execution of quality assurance and support in optimizing project requirements
• Monitoring of performance, deadlines, and costs of quotation preparation/contract processing
• Creation of recommendations for action for the ILS/ISS sub-project manager
• Creation, processing, coordination, and maintenance of the necessary project control for the assigned area (PSP, work packages, etc.)
• Support in merging, managing, and maintaining the requirement model in a requirement database
• Directing tasks to the specialist departments/specialist groups
• Creation of presentations

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical degree
• Training/further education/seminars/workshops in the field of Systems Engineering; ideally certification as a Systems Engineer
• Project management at least IPMA Level D
• Several years of professional experience in the field of HVR/ILS; ideally in the area of the German Armed Forces
• Experience in projects of medium (technical) complexity
• Several years of activity in the field of Systems Engineering, especially in requirement analysis and development
• Knowledge of ASD standards desirable
• Knowledge of statistical methods
• English in spoken and written form
• Quick comprehension of complex relationships
• Good ability to abstract
• Structured working style
• Very good process knowledge
• Teamwork skills
