Supplier Quality (m/f/d) (Quality Manager)

• System-based recording of errors (both at customers and suppliers)
• Root cause analysis and definition of corrective actions
• Analysis and evaluation of 8D-Reports
• Participation in customer and supplier complaint rounds and independent clarification of technical issues
• Evaluation of suppliers' QM methods for errors and completeness, such as Ishikawa, FMEA and/or Kaizen
• Control, consolidation, and responsibility for product groups/projects from the perspective of QM supplier development and error management
• Planning, execution, and documentation of product inspections at suppliers

Your Qualifications

• A completed technical degree or further training as a technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience and knowledge of standards in the field of quality management
• Additional training as a QM Manager (m/f/d)
• Extensive knowledge in the field of manufacturing techniques and QM management tools (e.g., FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D-Reports, Kaizen)
• SAP and Babtec knowledge is desirable
• Negotiation and assertiveness skills as well as methodological and moderation competence
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent English skills
