Your Tasks

You want to manage complex technical projects holistically and take responsibility for customers, teams, and project results - You combine technical understanding with economic thinking and enjoy accompanying innovative products from the concept phase to successful implementation - Then take your next career step at Brunel and take on responsibility as a Project Manager (m/f/d).

• Overall responsibility for managing technical projects from planning to successful implementation
• Coordination and support of national as well as international customer projects with complex technical requirements
• Ensuring compliance with project goals regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and technical requirements
• Planning, monitoring, and updating project budgets, milestones, and schedules
• Development of technical concepts as well as support in the further development of existing products and solutions
• Management of internal departments as well as coordination of cooperation between development, purchasing, manufacturing, and other interfaces
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
• Creation of technical and commercial documents such as offers, service descriptions, status reports, and presentations
• Conducting regular project meetings, reviews, and progress assessments
• Management and monitoring of external service providers and suppliers within the project environment
• Support during contract negotiations and coordination with customers and project partners
• Identification of risks and initiation of suitable measures to ensure project success

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
• Professional experience in managing complex technical projects as well as experience in creating offers
• Knowledge in handling project management methods and common tools such as MS Project and MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding as well as economic thinking and action
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident appearance towards internal and external contact persons
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing as well as a structured and independent way of working
