TGA Planner (f/m/d) (Technician - Building Services Engineering)

• Planning of technical systems: Independent planning and design of ventilation, heating, cooling water, air conditioning, and industrial vacuum systems, including CAD-supported creation of execution drawings.
• Media network infrastructure: Conception and planning of adjustments and expansions of operational media networks (e.g., compressed air, cooling water, drinking and process water, gas, district heating) for the connection of new systems.
• Tendering & Awarding: Preparation of tenders, requesting offers, and active participation in the awarding process.
• Implementation coordination: Organization and supervision of assembly and installation work in coordination with production areas, as well as instruction and supervision of external companies and employee training.
• Trade coordination & Documentation: Interface management between the involved trades as well as ensuring complete documentation for a trouble-free project course.
• Interdisciplinary project work: Active participation in project teams beyond your own specialist area.
• Budget & Cost control: Monitoring of project budgets, cost tracking, and compliance with economic targets.
• CE marking: Participation in the preparation of the CE declaration of conformity for new systems.
• Technical documentation: Creation and maintenance of complete system documentation.
• Maintenance support: Technical support for complex or critical maintenance measures.
• Plant standard maintenance: Maintenance and further development of internal technical standards and plant standards.

Your Qualifications

• Training as a state-certified technician or engineer, specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment
• Sound knowledge of English in spoken and written form (not business fluent)
• Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in AutoCAD for planning and execution drawings
• Knowledge of SAP applications
