• Technical and goal-oriented leadership of the team
• Responsibility for project-related personnel planning and deployment control for design orders
• Ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, taking into account costs, deadlines, and capacities
• Coordination and organization of design tasks in customer and development projects
• Optimization and further development of existing designs
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external suppliers
• Responsibility for an economical and high-performance implementation of customer orders

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering or further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
• Initial leadership experience as well as several years of professional practice in electrical design, preferably in plant engineering for the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry
• Very good knowledge in the application of EPLAN P8 and ELCAD
• Experience in the design and specification of electrical systems
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and safety regulations in the field of electrical engineering
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as common ERP systems (e.g., ProAlpha)
• Good written and spoken English skills
