Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) (Specialist in Personnel Management)

Your Tasks

• Independent and timely preparation of payroll in SAP in cooperation with an external payroll service provider
• Maintenance of HR-relevant systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Time Management) as well as creation of reports and analyses
• Preparation and implementation of HR standard processes, e.g., hires, transfers, and reclassifications
• Advising employees and managers on topics related to payroll and time management
• Functional support of the HR Service Team as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information within the HR organization

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, further training in human resources (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann/-frau IHK) is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in wage and salary accounting
• Sound knowledge of relevant labor, social security, and tax law regulations
• Experience in handling HR systems, ideally SAP and SuccessFactors
• Good English skills as well as a precise, independent, and service-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of collaborating with various contact persons
