Your Tasks

• You develop and program modern, PC-based process visualization systems and integrate various database technologies in the process.
• In the field of digital innovation, you actively help shape and continuously develop diagnostic and maintenance solutions based on Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Extended Reality (XR), as well as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• You are responsible for the connection and configuration of interfaces between PLC controls and customer-side process control systems and ensure smooth communication between the systems.
• The preparation, analysis, and visualization of diagnostic and operational data to support predictive maintenance strategies and optimized spare parts planning is also part of your area of responsibility.
• Furthermore, you create technical documentation, operating instructions, and other project-related documents.
• You accompany the commissioning of the systems both internally and directly at the customer's site and also provide support for expansions, optimizations, as well as remote service assignments domestically and abroad.
• In doing so, you work on innovative solutions for demanding plants and actively contribute to the digital further development of modern production processes.

Your Qualifications

• You have completed further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or mechatronics.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical professional experience in software, automation, or visualization technology.
• You bring sound knowledge in dealing with SCADA systems, especially WinCC, WinCC Unified, FactoryTalk View, or FactoryTalk Optix, including the associated database connections.
• Good knowledge of software development with high-level languages such as VB, C#, or JavaScript distinguishes you.
• Ideally, you have practical experience with technologies from the fields of AR, VR, XR, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Good English skills enable you to work in an international project environment.
• A structured way of working, technical curiosity, and enjoyment of innovative technologies and customer-oriented solutions round off your profile.
