Your Tasks

  • Ensuring GMP compliance as well as data integrity
  • Approval and monitoring of CAPA, Change Control, and deviation processes
  • Planning, support, and follow-up of authority inspections and customer audits
  • Maintenance and updating of relevant quality documents (e.g., Site Master File, Validation Master Plan)
  • Responsibility for Complaint Management

  • Participation in the creation and harmonization of overarching SOPs and QM procedures

  • Further development of the site-specific QM system in accordance with group-wide specifications
  • Escalation management for quality-critical issues
  • Promotion of a quality-oriented corporate culture
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the QA team
  • Responsibility for resource planning, personnel development, and qualification in the area of quality assurance
  • Steering and prioritization of all quality-relevant processes at the site
  • Decision-making responsibility for quality-critical issues
  • Close cross-departmental cooperation with Production, QC, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain
  • Communication with authorities, customers, and suppliers on quality-relevant topics
  • Coordination with Corporate QA as well as other sites
  • Willingness to travel as part of the function

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in natural sciences or comparable qualification, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes
  • Extensive experience in quality management, audits, inspections, and documentation systems
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Leadership experience as well as high communication and decision-making strength
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
  • High reliability, diligence, and commitment
