• Collection and evaluation of mechanical and electrical engineering design results in the form of drawings, data, and facts (research)
• Further development and new development of operating instructions according to internal specifications and external requirements
• Structuring and standardizing texts, user-friendly formulation of complex textual contexts taking into account national and international laws, guidelines, and standards
• Substantive and editorial creation of operating instructions for standard and special machines
• Use of different editorial and CAD software to create the corresponding documentation. This specifically includes an editorial system.
• Translation and terminology management
• Structured data storage and maintenance of project-specific tasks

Your Qualifications

• Studied Technical Writer (m/f/d) (Diplom, Bachelor) or further training as a Technical Writer (m/f/d)
• Professional experience of approx. 1 to 3 years, ideally in mechanical engineering
• Team player and experienced in dealing with various contact persons
• Comprehensive PC skills (MS Office Paket, Schema ST4, Autocad-Produkte, Corel-Suite, Adobe Acrobat Paket)
• Very good knowledge of the English language, other languages desirable
