• Scheduling and planning of Accessories & Consumables
• Ensuring high product availability for sales companies, dealers, and end customers
• Processing transfer and purchase orders in close coordination with internal specialist departments
• Analysis and processing of alerts (e.g., demand shortages) in forecasting
• Controlling product introduction and phase-out processes as well as material replacements
• Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing stock coverage
• Maintenance of planning-relevant master data and purchasing-specific information
• Collaboration on projects in the area of Supply Chain Planning
• Preparation and presentation of work and project results
• Support in the continuous optimization of processes

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Logistics / Supply Chain Management, or comparable commercial training
• Initial experience in Supply Chain Management or operational purchasing is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of SAP R/3 (especially MM and PP), ideally also SAP APO
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• High resilience and a structured way of working in a dynamic environment
• Teamwork skills, initiative, and openness to new topics and change processes
