Process Manager (m/f/d) Backoffice System Services (Process Manager - Production Technology)

Your Tasks

For our client in Aachen, we are looking for a Process Manager (m/f/d) in the area of Backoffice System Services within the framework of a temporary employment. In this key role, you will contribute to ensuring the secure operation of the European power grid. You will become part of the backoffice team that analyzes technical and economic backgrounds in the power supply system, designs processes, and develops IT tools to successfully support the energy transition.

• Perform operational follow-up and coordination processes for system services in congestion management
• Reliably take over stakeholder management and coordination of process workflows
• Accompany developments of the IT landscape to stabilize operational processes
• Optimize and automate remuneration processes for system services
• Create analyses and data reports on the costs of system services
• Further develop IT tools and design concepts for the integration and financial settlement of various system services in the German power supply system

Your Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field of study
• High affinity for meticulous work with large amounts of data and their evaluation
• Strong analytical skills to grasp complex relationships and identify process optimization potential
• Interest in energy industry follow-up processes (e.g., Redispatch, Feed-in Management, Grid Reserve, Balancing Energy Price)
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation in our client's team
• Very good English skills
