Your Tasks

We are looking for a dedicated Development Engineer Mechanical Engineering (f/m/d) who enjoys developing sophisticated components and complete systems and accompanying them through to successful implementation. In this position, you will work closely with various departments and contribute significantly to ensuring that projects are realized with high technical quality, efficiently, and on schedule. If you pursue design with passion and enjoy taking on responsibility, this task offers you the opportunity to actively contribute your ideas and know-how.

• Creation of component and system designs, bills of materials, as well as workshop, assembly, and supplier drawings
• Independent development of components and complete system scopes
• Coordination with production planning, purchasing, sales, quality assurance, and manufacturing
• Management of tasks according to temporal and content-related priorities
• Creation of functional specifications based on the customers' technical requirements
• Technical clarification with suppliers and customers within the scope of design
• Accompanying the production-technical implementation internally and externally
• Reacting to deviations and developing corrective measures
• Accompanying component tests and final inspections by customers

Your Qualifications

• Experience in design, preferably in vehicle construction - reliable design and development of complex systems
• Knowledge of Solid Works (advantageous) - efficient creation and adaptation of 3D models and drawings
• Structured, goal-oriented, and practical working style - consistent implementation of technical requirements into feasible solutions
• Proactive and team-oriented action - active coordination with all interfaces and constructive cooperation within our customer's team
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing - confident communication with international customers and suppliers
• Confident handling of MS-Office products - professional documentation, evaluation, and communication of technical content
• Willingness for occasional business trips - flexibility for appointments with customers and partners
