North Zone Supervisor

About the company

A leading company in the security services sector will incorporate a professional, proactive Security Supervisor oriented toward excellence into its operational team. The main objective of the position will be to comprehensively coordinate and supervise daily operations at North Zone posts, ensuring strict compliance with quality standards, customer satisfaction, and company protocols.

Your tasks

• Operations Management and Control: Supervise and coordinate daily the security personnel assigned to the North Zone objectives.
• Audits and Inspections: Perform periodic rounds, service controls, and operational audits to guarantee compliance with current protocols.
• Incident Management: Detect deviations, correct operational non-compliance, and propose action plans or continuous improvement.
• Client Relations: Maintain direct and fluid communication with clients in the area and internal departments to ensure efficient service.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the maintenance of high standards of professionalism, presentation, and institutional image at every post.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Residence: Effective residence in Zona Norte of Gran Buenos Aires (mandatory).
• Education and Experience: Tertiary or university studies in related fields and/or retired / discharged personnel from Fuerzas Armadas (FF.AA.) or Fuerzas de Seguridad (FF.SS.).
• Verifiable previous experience in supervision of private security personnel (direct management of work teams).
• Languages: Intermediate - Advanced English level (capacity for interaction or reporting in the language).
• Availability: Flexibility to work in rotating schemes and variable shifts according to operational needs.

• Leadership and people management: Capacity to motivate, guide, and coordinate work teams in the field.
• Problem solving: Judgment and speed for effective decision-making in the face of unforeseen events or critical situations.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
