Administrative / Electronic Security Technician

Your tasks

• Operational Coordination: Plan, diagram, and control the schedule of visits and technical services.
• Quality and Customer Management: Maintain direct contact with customers to evaluate the quality of the service performed and ensure loyalty.
• Area Administration: Manage documentation, operational reports, and key indicators for decision-making.
• Internal Communication: Report news, contingencies, and progress to the Department Manager.

• We are looking for a Professional or Advanced Student of Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, or related fields, with a dynamic profile that combines solid technical knowledge and a vocation for the administrative management of processes. You will be the key link between technical operations and customer satisfaction, leading the follow-up of field services and the optimization of the area.

Profile Requirements

• Education: Graduates or students nearing graduation in Electronic, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related careers.
• Experience: Previous experience in technical management, administrative, or operational coordination roles.
• Location: Residence in Zona Oeste (Mandatory).
• Driver's License: Valid license (Mandatory).
• Languages: Intermediate/advanced technical English.

Desirable Technical Knowledge

• Project Management Methodologies.
• Alarm monitoring systems and networks.
• Handling of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) and Databases (SQL, MySQL).
• Notions of development and implementation in embedded systems (based on Linux).
• Design tools: AutoCAD and circuit design software (schematic, PCB, simulation).
• Desirable: Handling of inventory modules in Oracle.
