Shape the mobility of the future at BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING and take on a key role in coordinating approval processes for rail vehicles - from locomotives to trams. As a Coordinator (m/f/d) for approval processes, you will help to efficiently implement national requirements in the production of vehicles and components and successfully complete projects.
How you contribute to our mutual success
- Coordinating approval processes: Leading and organizing national approval procedures in vehicle technology, from planning to warranty.
- Negotiation and coordination: Leading all authorization processes with national authorities, testing centers, and network operators.
- Time management: Responsibility for adhering to schedules and organizing approval runs.
- Bid management: Providing country-specific inputs and requirements for bid management.
- Knowledge transfer: Passing on know-how regarding national approval processes and requirements to all involved project teams.
What you bring to the role
- Qualification: Completed studies in Industrial/Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Language skills: Business fluent French and very good English skills; good German skills are an advantage.
- Experience: Initial knowledge in the approval or authorization of projects; ideally professional experience in the aviation or automotive industry.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, negotiation experience, and a structured way of working.
