Night Receptionist (M/F)

We are recruiting a Night Receptionist / Night Auditor (M/F) in Saulx-les-Chartreux on a temporary basis.

The same applies to the teams' way of working, both day and night: discretion, reactivity, and irreproachable quality of service, regardless of the client's arrival time.

What truly changes: at night, the smooth running of the establishment relies on you. You manage the closing, reception, and security with complete autonomy.

Your missions

As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of service and the security of the establishment between closing and opening, through the following missions:

Daily closing of the PMS, control of receipts, cash reconciliation, production and transmission of activity reports to management. Reception and welcome: late check-ins and check-outs, management of unforeseen events, handling requests, telephone switchboard, and reservations. Security: surveillance rounds, management of incidents and nuisances. Preparation for morning service: setting up breakfast, transmission of instructions to the day team. Billing: production of invoices, management of debtors and extras.

The ideal candidate

3 years of experience in hotel reception, including night experience. The establishment is not served by public transport during shift start and end times. Mastery of HOTSOFT. English B2: you manage a check-in and a complaint orally without hesitation. Comfort with fire safety procedures (SSIAP 1 appreciated). Professionalism and autonomy: you know how to manage a dissatisfied client at 3 a.m., alone, without backup.

Remuneration: €15.00 gross/hour + night premiums + IFM and ICP. Contract: Temporary. Hours: night, from Monday to Friday. Location: Saulx-les-Chartreux (91) / Inaccessible by public transport. When: as soon as possible.
