We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our reputable legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the efficient progression of all conveyancing matters. Duties

• Managing a full spectrum of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and leases.
• Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
• Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients regarding property transactions and associated legal obligations.
• Managing case files efficiently using case management systems to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assisting junior team members where necessary and contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental procedures.

Skills

• Qualified solicitor
• 5 years PQE
• Proven ability to handle conveyancing matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex legal issues clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient IT skills, including experience with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective time management skills to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
