• Creation of customized sales concepts and business models for specific projects to acquire customers and build long-term partnerships (sales network and dealers).
• Conducting market analyses and competitive research to develop a sound understanding of the market and customer needs.
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders as well as responsibility for project progress up to successful market launch (E-Commerce platform).
• Creating direct access to our potential end customers.
• Active identification of new sales opportunities through the use of customer data as well as via our digital sales channels.
• Conducting analyses to identify new potential markets and customer needs.
• Development and implementation of KPIs along the Customer Journey in alignment with strategic goals.

Your experience and skills

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales development.
• Professional experience in the field of Business Development or in the sales of technical products is a great advantage.
• Experience in a global environment as well as in a matrix organization is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to present insights convincingly to management.
• Structured way of working, high degree of independence, and a strong affinity for project management.
• Experience in handling common Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
• Very good English skills.
• German skills are an advantage.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53,240.98 gross/year according to the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
