Your tasks

THE OPPORTUNITY Join our dynamic retail team and start your career with a proudly Canadian fashion leader.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations
• Educate clients on products and shoe care
• Build strong client relationships to drive sales and exceed targets
• Keep displays organized and visually appealing
• Collaborate with the team and support stock management

Visual Merchandiser

• Merchandise products in floor fixtures and on walls to adhere to visual standards and weekly directives.
• Replenish displays to maintain full, appealing presentations that drive product engagement.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting store environment through regular display upkeep and window maintenance.
• Oversee the condition and organization of visual supplies and signage.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Acustomer-focused attitude—whether you have 1+ years of experience as a sales associate/visual merchandiser or are eager to learn, if you’re passionate about helping people, we want you on our team.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Apassion for delivering outstanding service, both in-store and online, to help build long-lasting customer relationships.
• A creative mindset, with the ability to create eye-catching displays that reflect the brand and introduce fresh ideas.
