Resident Technical Officer

Carry out the duties required as site supervisor under the Building Control Act and Regulations or other duties as required by other Authorities; Conduct site inspections and review, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project; Supervise and enforce site quality control Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety Recognized Degree / Diploma from recognized tertiary institution Registered with IES Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the civil works Prior LTA/HDB project experience is an advantage Only Singaporean / SPR need apply
